I am very disappointed in Turbo Tax help for access to my Turbo Tax account. I have not been able to access the account in over two years and had to create a new account. Very disappointed.

There was a corruption in a portion of the program that, based on search tools, TT had last year as well. It resulted in having to re-enter all of the business expenses and income.

For somebody with a home office and two schedule c businesses, turbotax is far better on many scales than taxslayer or eztaxreturn, the only other two I've tried.
