I have used Turbotax to file my tax returns for over 10 years. It gets better each year (or I am just getting good at it?)
I had to call a sales rep to pay for my State efile fee and was very pleased with the service.

Invaluable to me

I have used TurboTax for a number of years now. I can prepare the taxes for my husband's one-man law office in a matter of hours. I know that my mistakes will be caught and my omissions will be noticeable because I can review every topic that might apply to his business. The IRS and state tax codes are so complicated. I gladly let you guys interpret that for me.

Perfect for our needs

Overall, this software is very helpful and guides you in every process and step. There's a couple areas that got confusing but I managed to figure these issues out with TurboTax's dedicated support forums. This is my second year using TurboTax and I plan on continuing use in the future!

Best price/performance for doing my taxes

Overall, it works fairly well. Sometimes questions are a bit difficult to answer and it can be easy to skip something due to the page layout and having to constantly scroll to the bottom for the next item. But moving carefully, it works pretty well. It's clear a lot of work went into creating this software and it is pretty easy to use overall.

Year after Year, Turbo Tax comes through

Been using Turbo Tax for many, many year, and it has been reliable and easy to use. I can usually get my taxes complete in an hour or so, if I have all of my documents ready. I typically wait close to the filing date, just in case there are new updates, and this year it paid off in a big way. First time in years I didn't have to pay and getting a rebate back from both Federal and State. - THANKS
