Very good, still some room for improvement

Very effective at getting you through all that needs to get done, and good at guiding you as needed. I love the feature where it retrieves the previous year's info to guide you, give more info, and fill in some of the fields as needed.
The only short-coming is that some obscure items don't have help -- "do you need to file form WXYZ?" isn't a good question to ask without somehow telling me what that form is (this happened to me 2-3 times in the process).

Turbo Tax is awesome

I've been using turbotax for about 5 years now. It its awesome. Very quick, self-explanatory, and easy to use. Will continue using this great software moving forward.

E-file not supported for 1040X Form.

After experiencing the software date error loop when trying to e-file a 1040X for tax year 2019 and a lot of googling, learned that the Turbo Tax will not support filing an amended return in 2021 for tax year 2019. My only option now is to pay a tax preparer to e-file. I'm very unhappy with TT and plan to go with a professional next year. It does not cost that much more than this software and the responsibility of making an error will not be on me.
