I was disappointed to find my Windows 7 PC could not be used. Instead I used a Laptop with Windows 10 but could not find where you had anticipated that many people were confronted with accessing 2019 data from their "old" PC.

I love Turbo Tax. I use it every year. I can find answers to most of my questions. I got tired of using a tax prep person who was always wanting to file an extension even though we had gotten our information to them early. Also the cost!! After we had ours done with the tax accountant, I did it again using Turbo Tax. I got the same exact answer. So I saw no reason to pay the exorbitant fees. Plus it has made me understand my own taxes for myself. It is great and I highly recommend it.
