Switched from online version to CD Version

I started my 2020 tax return using the online version... I did all the data entry , I decided to purchase the CD version to allow my kids to take advantage of the five free filing. I was told by your support desk that I can not transfer all the data entry I did for 2020 online version to the cd version !!! sucks... I was told also that once I installed the CD on windows that my kids can not use the CD because they use a different operating system.. Sucks !!! I called and your 800 stated.... I have to install on windows only.. since I did the first install on windows.. Please correct both of these issues... I have purchased turbotax for many years.... This is first time ... I felt left disappointed by your product

Been using TurboTax for many years now. I find them incredibly helpful and easy to use. They talk me through the whole process, step by step.....and I feel secure that all the bases are covered and I am good with the IRS in the end. That is a huge relief!

TurboTax Business should support Idaho Partnership

TurboTax Business costs $170 and doesn't even support Idaho Partnership State forms. Please consider adding these for 2021.

There appears to be a bug in the medical expense part of the form when in review process. It kept saying user needs to do something. But that was not the case. I had to delete support information to resolve this.
