Free State Filing???>

Not happy that I had to pay an extra $25 to file my state return when it was advertised that I purchased Turbo Tax with 1 free state filing. Turns out IT IS NOT FREE, FREE, FREE :(

When there is a death of one of the spouse, it is not real clear how to complete the taxes when e-filing. My brother died in 2020 before I filed 2019 taxes. Had to finally mail because e-file kept getting rejected. Just e-filed 2020 taxes for his spouse -- will see if not rejected

I have been using Turbotax for over 15 years and found that it is easy to use and affordable and Never had any problem getting my return

Keep making copies I can buy from the shelf

I had switched to another competitor for a year (H) and was a lot harder to do, because you went totally on line for the year. I don't like online only programs ie taxslayer.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
