Turbo Tax is excellent for sole proprietor

I've used Turbo Tax now for 5 years and have found it easy to use, accurate and does all the hard work of figuring out the arcane tax rules. The only improvements I would like are (a) a list of documents to have in hand before using Turbo Tax (b) the option to choose the standard deduction early in the process (if you already know you don't have sufficient deductions to warrant the detail (this would save oodles of time) (c) the ability to print a screen. Turbo Tax is great and I highly recommend it.

Awesome tax soft ware but pricy

I have been using the TurboTax Home & Business software for over 25 years. It surely makes filing my income taxes less painful. TurboTax is the real deal and still worth it. .

Needs better Step-by-Step for Form 8615

Had to file Form 8615 for 3 of my kids. I had to do most of it through the Forms mode. The Step-by-Step was incomplete for filling out this form. There also needs to be a way to transfer information from one person's return to another with this new law. I hope that TurboTax improves this for 2021.
