You are slipping.

I have used Turbo Tax since 1992. Each year there are some things that used to work better that now don't work as well. I have a host of things that caused me problems this year, but after reading your terms and conditions, I don't think it would reflect the required proper "attitude" to list them here. In general, your navigation has become more difficult.

Red flag after final final review ready to submit.

Try to correct 1099-R, System would not removed the blank field, a mistake so in closing deleted file not close file. The file quickly deleted 1009-R and submitted to IRS incorrectly.
Bad mistake, now must resubmit an Amended Return. Not a happy User.

Great but needs some update work....

I love TurboTax but this year and last year has been a nightmare for updates. I have had to do many different things to get it updated and be able to file properly.

Antonio, answered my question, he walked my through and with in 5 minutes the problem was solved. Antonio was very professional, polite, respectful and most of all very knowledgeable. He work me through to the end. he is my hero at turbotax!!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Sad excuse for a program.

I have been a TurboTax user from the time it bought out another tax program. This will probably be the last time i use Turbo Tax. This year I often had to re--enter data. Almost impossible to mark items as estimated. I hope that I can find a computerized tax program that will allow me to import information from Turbo Tax.

We really like how easy it is to transfer the previous years information. This cuts down a great deal on the time to prepare our taxes. We like the simple filing process. We don't have to worry if it has been lost in the mail. It is very helpful that with each step explanatory notes are available if we have questions.
One question: we found that filling out our W-2's this year is more complicated and we are not sure if we have the right amount. Does Turbo Tax have a program that can help us with this?
