For the most part very user friendly.
Hard to delete a form when you created one but didn't need.

Great tool for doing taxes

It makes doing taxes very easy. The hardest part is waiting on all documents to arrive from banks.

had problems the last 2 years using your software

Last year I could not e-file because my spouse passed away. I could not override the issue. This year, the software kept telling me that I couldn't e-file because the 8889t form was not available. I had to do research to find that deleting my w2 and re-inputting would override the issue. Because of that, I was two weeks later in filing
