Love Turbotax

I have used Turbotax for 10+ years filing my taxes, my children's, my parent's, and my in-laws returns over these years. I use the CD versions and have prior years on my laptop so I can review prior year's returns if I have questions. Also this year both of my in-laws passed away and I had some unique situations and needed to discuss with someone. Turbotax support was great and appreciated.

Excellent phone support and on-line explanations

Staff on phone and Turbo Tax help and explanations were all excellent. Only problem was initially I was unable to find the help number to talk to a person. I looked in my prior year information and found the Turbo Tax help phone number

There should be an easier way of entering sold assets, especially when the asset that you sold has several other assets that were sold with it.

Not good for unusual situations

This year we had a couple of unusual situations that have not occur in previous years, and will not repeat in the following year. I am an accountant by trade, and had such a difficult time getting the program to properly handle the situation. This should have been relatively straight forward. I found it very frustrating. Hopefully next year it will work better.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby

Turbo Tax is easy and thorough

I only have 1 gripe.
I entered an address That was on a receipt I used for a donation. Turbo Tax did not like the address and no matter what I did it fould not file my return until I removed the street address.
