Generally Makes My Life Easier

Ii really like that TT includes all the questions and forms for my needs, for mortgages, rentals, and personal income. There are still glitches that I have to manually adjust every year. I wanted to start a new Tax form, but I cant seem to show $$ that are carryover from previous years...used a different tax program.

It doesnt do a good job of import information from previous years. i have to keep filling out information that turbo tax should already know. It also doesnt keep any of my previous tax information. It keeps saying I might have a different account. No i only have one turbotax account.

Taxes are a Headache: With TurboTax, Less so

Theres always something, even in the most simple of tax returns. I traded stocks for the first time this year and, it made my formerly simple taxes a lot less simple. TurboTax just imported the info straight from the broker. Made it easy.

WHY WONT TTAX 2020 RUN ON MY 2 WIN10 PCS???

I have been using TT for 23 years since 1997 and it always ran fine on all my PCs and Windows Operating Sofftware. This year betwen MS and You, you forced me to upgrade my 2 Win7 PCs to Win 10, which I did successfully. Win10 runs fine, so does everything else, there is plenty of RAM and memory, but NOT TURBOTAX. IT SAYS IT CAN'T RUN ON THESE PCS. WHAT DID YOU DO TO MAKE THIS APPLICATION SO MEMORY INTENSIVE - IT IS NOT A KIDS GAME. I suggest you relook at this for 2021 as I'm going to migrate to one of your competitors. Are you planning to have this run on the CLOUD or WHAT in the future? I always have a backup PC (I have 3) for TT applications and returns. Now I can only run this on my HP laptop with small screen and have to put the backup on my daughers PC. I'm not buying more computers just to run your Tax soffware when the computers are perfectly good and Win10 even runs on these upgraded. Suggest you tell your programming geniuses they've gone to far with the bells and whistles and should concentrate on getting taxes done. TT not the only game in town anymore. CAUGHT OFF GUARD - VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR COMPANY.

Gets the job done

I always dread tax time, but Turbo Tax seems to make it a bit better. There was one area of the program that appeared to 'hang', but I was finally able to navigate through it and get to the 'finish line'.
I used Turbo Tax last year, I used it this year and I will use it next year.
