A few things need to be fixed

Overall the product is excellent. But printing out the forms a lot was just black lines..this happened last year as well. Fix this
It used to be easy to pay for State tax forms. I spent a lot of time getting to where I pay. It gives an email for an account I no longer use and had to reinstate that to get email verification code. THIS IS REDICULOUS

Can't Do Taxes Without TurboTax!

I wish TT had a basic checklist of the order of things. Could be a simple printable 1-2 pages of the steps. Would make gathering all my info in advance so much easier.
1) Had issues with the touch scroll not working at time. No, it's not my laptop computer. It is TT because sometimes it did work & other times it didn't. Sort-of irritating when it didn't work because the "continue" button is always just below screen.
2) For Calif taxes form 1099R, the boxes 14-15-16 where not the same as my actual 1099R forms which were 12-13-14. So, you must be careful to read the actual descriptive to enter correctly.
3) Had to do multiple attempts from yesterday until today to get TT to actually allow me to get to my credit card payment screen to pay for my CA tax filing fee. TT kept saying it had to save my taxes & then would close it/ logout completely. I kept having to open back up.

Love it and have used it for years!

I am an accountant and tax time is always a nightmare time for me. Turbo Tax is straight forward, easy to use and keeps me from accidentally skipping through income & expense categories due to repetition. The step by step program keeps me on track time after time. Having all the necessary forms in one place saves time and constant trips to the library or ordering of forms from the IRS website. They're all here, when and if, you need them. The download ability from most major brokerage firms and financial institutions built right into the software saves a tremendous amount of time and effort when dealing with my client's portfolio's. The software does it all for you and makes sure it is all entered into the correct forms with little to no effort on my part. Thirty-one years of using Turbo Tax and counting! I'll be back next year!

I'm a long time user of Turbotax. The software provides clear guidance and is easy to use. The step-by-step process takes you right through it. Won't do my taxes any other way now.

GOOD EXCEPT FOR STATE

I am paying extra money for higher Turbo Tax including one State. E-File should be included. I do not appreciate having to give more $$$ because of E-filing for State.

To many confusing words and questions

Questions are asked that do not seem to relate to the information you are trying to get us to enter. Very hard if you make a mistake to undo or remove item or page in return and start over.
