Easy to use.

We have used Turbo Tax for several years and have been very happy. The pre-prep interview could be a little better though as we often have to skip areas that don't apply to us that could be omitted after the interview.

The system has been set for interactive analysis and responsive to your tax situation to provide recommendations and analysis as you input your tax information. I have used TurboTax for years and will continue to use this product for my tax solutions.

Not working with shared heathcare

I have used Turbotax for years and it has been great. This year I spent hours trying to figure out how to file with self-employment income, a marketplace health plan shared with a non-dependant. The program continued to return an error and would not let me complete my taxes. seems like something they should be able to fix.

State Returns not included

State returns not included. The package send a confused information. Look like state return included but really not. Need to pay $45 to get it. Please be more clear next time and do not confuse your long time loyal customer. Thank you!
