Turbo Tax is difficult to manuever.

It is utterly and ridiculously difficult to get an answer to simple questions on completely a return with this software. TurboTax needs a quick reference screen that brings up information by stated issue.

Would be better if it remembered more from last year, It would nice to not have to keep looking at last years info to proceed. I have used turbotax every year for about 20 years

Could Be Made Easier to Use

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I see very little difference from one year to another in appearance and function. Most frustrating is the software doesn't remember the majority of answers from previous years. There are many yes/no questions. It would be helpful to show how these questions were answered in previous years. More importantly, there are many times when I've answered a particular question as "yes", yet the software defaults to a "no" (or vice versa). It would be best to show last years response or most commonly answered as "yes or no".

pay $40 to deduct $26 of NJ filing fees! Really??? If you must offer it explain it upfront to save tax payer the waste of time & frustration. This is one of those things that make tax filing suck!

TurbTax works-ish

Straight forward, some weird federal return price fluctuation when I uninstalled and reinstalled with downloading issues. Really weird that they only give you the option to e-file or mail - I do not want to pay $25 to e-file my state return, why can't you have two separate options? Disappointed in that

After all the reviews found in the prior to filing, that Final, Final review showed two errors. They were not, and could not remove the red field. 1 blank $ , and 2 IRA return amount(cares act) was red numbers for my personal records only. Ignored.

My husband thinks I am a super hero for knocking out the taxes so fast, what he doesn't realize is with Turbotax it is a breeze. Super fast and easy!
