Not easy to navigate

I have used this program for 3 years and every year it gets more cumbersome and less user friendly. The help feature doesn't answer your questions at all

Frustrating Error in Schedule C

The only help provided by Turbo Tax was delete Schedule C and re-enter data. I finally managed to fill in each of the "error" lines with 0 and N/A and it finally accepted it.
