Not as good this year

2020 edition was very glitchy; difficult to navigate the screens. Kept trying to make us complete an unnecessary form. Also could see no way to apply refund to next year's tax return. Software seemed much worse than prior years.

TurboTax continues to be state of art.

Each year TurboTax seems to get easier and more educational in tax preparation and planning. Once the decision is made to get into doing the taxes, oddly it seems to become pleasurable.

for some reason TT marked one of my children as

for some reason TT marked one of my children as not eligible for the child tax credit. I filed my taxes but then reviewed the PDF after filing and found the error. At least $2000 that I almost missed out on. Now i have to wait to until they are accepted to re-file an amended return.
