Have used Turbo tax for many many years and find it easy to use and reliable. Only had to talk to a person 1 time , everything very well laid out and questions answered

Still can't e-file CA 568

After so many years of California requiring form 568 to be e-filed for LLC's, TurboTax H&B STILL makes me apply for a waiver and then print it and mail it by post. Apart from that, it's a reliable product and quite convenient.

not as good as it should be

missed a bunch of stuff it should have caught and im no expert. I have a small LLC and had to go through taxes several times and fix errors that TT missed that I would have been nailed on. It said I had a good audit when it actually sucked. I expected better out of TT
