My return is complicated... 2 kids, 1 in college, my spouse gets W-2, I own 2 businesses. All I have to do is answer the questions and enter the numbers. Love TurboTax!

Makes doing taxes painless

I'm a procrastinator. I hate doing taxes. But once I get into them, I find out how I can just breeze through them thanks to TurboTax. The 'walk me through it' method is a life saver! I do have some odd things, and once I figure out how to enter them, I can always refer to the previous year to see how I set things up.

I like the fact you can quit, come back any time and actually review all portions of what's going on in the program to generate the data on a form.

I've been using Turbo Tax Home & Business for many years with my complex returns, and it has been great. However, some little things should be cleaned up. Such as, incorrect responses when a refund is used as an estimated tax payment credit. This refund credit also causes incorrect effective tax rate calculations.
