E-filing is a mystery....

TT has so many great features, BUT e-filing remains a mystery! This year I noticed large increases in security & this encourages confidence that the system will unlikely be messed with by the wrong folks. However, when my e-filing was rejected, I could not find errors, or any meaningful help from TT to determine what went wrong. I went to the IRS website to verify my 2019 data, but still could not find a disparity. Please enhance TT aids for e-filing. My return is somewhat complicated, but that does not seem to be the issue. Thanks for making TT a help to so many. I've used it for about 20 years & it has (usually!) been a absolute time/life saver!

Always simple and easy

I have a fairly complex situation with a couple of businesses and farm income so keeping it all together and tracking everything in one system is great, i love that i can in real time see what is happening in real time, and that i am able to compare the previous year right on my screen as i am going through everything, gives me a better picture of whats going on as well. This software makes doing your taxes so incredibly simple even my father in law who used to do his by hand is now using turbotax because of how easy and worry free it really is.

When I print and review my return...there is no way I could do this on my own and be confident of the accuracy. Also, by a click of a button, I was able to maximize by SEP-IRA which resulted in a huge tax savings.

Love the Product but Hate being charged to e-file

I reject the notion that I should have to pay $25 to e-file my state tax return. I filed Federal and 1 state, which TurboTax advertises as 1 state free. Don't like the 'fine print' approach that then charges me to e-file my state. This is just a 'bait and switch'. It costs Intuit nothing to e-file the forms. I will not purchase this product again.
