TurboTax glitch

TurboTax forces the 1099-MISC form into the self employment category regardless of the selections I make following the step by step process. Not every 1099-MISC form belongs to self employed income, it can be just other income. TurboTax automatically moves the 1099-MISC into the business category and therefore calculates a higher tax (SE Tax).

I have used TurboTax year after year for the last decade for both my business and personal taxes. I always feel as if I get a better than expected return. With this years tax changes after the start of tax season TurboTax was on the ball with constant updates to keep up with the ongoing changes. Thank You TurboTax!

Frustrating, but gets it done.

Help information is not very helpful. Also, the font in the help windows is tiny and doesn't allow me to zoom in to make reading any easier.
I have to go to the internet and search for how to enter information because the help information is either not useful or not available.
Fortunately, may people have the same problems with the software, so there are forums where people speculate about how information is supposed to be entered.

We love TurboTax

My husband and I run multiple businesses, have a farm and work outside of the home. We also need to file in two separate states and TurboTax has always been user friendly, affordable and we can get them done quickly.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby
