I have used Turbotax Home and Business for years and years. I like the product. Good Job!
I used to subscribe to the automatic shipment of this product until I found the same product sold for significantly less through an online retailer [more than 25% less]. Up your game, TurboTax, and maybe I will return to the subscription.

TurboTax is best

That said, amended returns are not handled smoothly. There is a period when electronic filing is not possible. Filing is not handled after this period, just advice to snail mail. It would be appreciated if we were asked if we wanted to wait and file when IRS is again open to accepting late returns electronically.

Easy to use and efficient

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. One of the greatest features is that it automatically carries over the info from previous years into my latest returns. The way the program walks you through the tax return process is thorough and efficient making it all very easy despite having had some complex issues over the years to sort out.

Totally Easy!

I've been using TurboTax for close to 20 years and each year it seems to get easier. Turbotax is continually improving and their live help is awesome. If I question an item their popup windows provide a simple explanation, and if I need more there is Q&A. Now that I've retired and closed my business I can downgrade from Turbotax Home & Business which means next year should be even easier and faster.
