I like the CD works really well for me however, for some reason the online version I have tried but didn't like it. I prefer the CD as walks me through the entire process really well. When I have used the customer service they are excellent very professional.

Turbo Tax Lacks Information

Turbo tax is getting worse at explaining items that are found on the needed corrections section prior to filing. Specifically the section regarding automobiles depreciation. Just highlighting the area in question is inadequate. When we become certified accountants, that works, but for now. it sucks.

TurboTax is helpful

TurboTax keeps up with changes in tax laws, and sends multiple software updates as laws change. Sometimes, however, there is a glitch. Telephone support was helpful this year, due to last minute changes Congress enacted.
