the worst ever due to blank pages

I had trouble with both the cd and on-line. First there was a blank page at the beginning. I spent hours look for a solution and finally someone did for the first page. Then when I went to get the free state program because it came with it package I came across a half blank page. The link to get help on this page didn't work. I put in the code that I used on the first page and hit continue and nothing work. I am out of time and patience. I never want to see turbotax again.

Overwhelming

There are too many unnecessary sections to navigate. You should be able to check what pertains to you and move to do that, not go through sections that you should not even see. If you do not have a business, you should not even see the business section or stocks, etc. It was very frustrating and time consuming. Even if you have a business, you shoud not have to navigate every section unless you want to do it.
