submitted my return oweing money. Wrong!

Hey I submitted my return owing $175. Open it after submission and it reads I'm to get $957 back. Did it do a 1040x by itself? What other mistakes did it make. I no longer trust their software..Did it correct itself to reflect the current change for claiming unemployment. That would be grand, but wait, the return has already submitted. Must prepare a 1040X

e-file failed

I have used Turbo-tax for about 20 years but this is the first time I tried to e-file. Your process sucks. There was no initial confirmation of federal e-file. You charge $25 to e-file state but offer no way to pay the $25. The program could not let me into my "account". the program kept looping around and I tried 6 times to get an account verification code but got nowhere. Your account recovery team denied my request to get into the account. I will revert to filing state by mail. I have found other instances where the program just loops around and won't continue. I am quite frustrated by Turbo-tax but have found it at least calculates correctly, unlike a program I initially tries 20 years ago.

Turbo Tax Is Great!

This is a great product. I have continued to purchase the Business and Home edition for years. My only issue is that there is a need to easily connect QuickBooks and Turbo Tax to make data entry easier.
