I use TurboTax to do my joint return and my son's return. It helps me to better understand the Federal and NY State Income Tax requirements.

I'm done with TurboTax - my last year of using you

The program has a fault with being able to save. It keeps telling me, "the file is locked, check the permissions" I do, and it is unlocked. But still won't let me save it. So I have to duplicate the file, then replace the old file with the duplicate. Then time to electronically file to feds - won't let me do it. Says I can't save the file :-( . So TurboTax - good bye! I've threatened this for years - but time for us to part ways! So long!
