Great Product, if you tend to read directions !!

TT guides you every step of the way, inquires of you if something doesn't look quite right. Very thorough, & complete. Absolute accuracy, using the numbers you enter at each prompt. Used it for many years now. Never a problem or audit !

Turbo Tax is great to work with most of the time

Had problems with installing it on my computer. Had to install it a couple times to get it to work properly. Would not update with new content and lost my free state return and had to pay $25.00 to file my state. Will consider using another software unless I can get a refund for the state purchase.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and years. I can work at my own pace. It walks you through every possible deductions which is great for those new users. Almost impossible to miss out on getting everything you are entitled to receive if you follow their question format. It also makes sure you register all income to avoid making errors that can become very costly with interest, penalties, etc. from the IRS. Take your time and save yourself lots of accounting fees by doing it yourself.

Unhappy with e-filing

E-filing rejected in 2019 and 2020. AGI was correct each time. System pulled in PIN. Everything appeared correct. This is very disappointing!!!!
