Rock solid features in an infuriating ecosystem

Basic tax preparation functionality, especially timely updates, are rock solid. The installation of the CD download version was a nightmare of ineffective assistant bots and telephone mazes. Also, guidance for correcting a rejected efile return (IP PIN vs user selected PIN?) needs a lot of work and the constantly changing application ecosystem is just downright appalling.

Altho transferring federal information to the Missouri state tax return would be an easy step for you, you continue to not allow any of your products to autofill the MO-NRI.
