Turbo tax is easy to use. The support I needed was readily available. I also like that all my federal information is automatically uploaded to my state returns. Turbo tax made my tax filing experience an easy process

Turbo Tax is sufficient

It is not easy to follow the source of numbers when an error is flagged. Being shown an error in the middle of a form needs more explanation. Being able to track back to the source of the number would be helpful.
