When answering question on cyptro currency it did not take you to an input screen. It just stopped. There was an error in contribution in when taking standard deductions. I had to use the form to clear the error.

All went well until we wanted to sign up for the audit protection. Too confusing. We could not get to a payment on credit card page. We went on line and purchased your protection. I can't tell if I bought it twice. You need to fix this because it looks like you don't know what you're doing.
