TurboTax will not operate properly with a VPN

Turbo Tax is OK

It wasted 4 pages to print next year's payment vouchers which I will never use. Each time I worked on my taxes, it checked for updates, that's fine. But when it said it was up to date, it downloaded 200+ MB again each time. It does what it says it will do. Nothing special. It should be priced around $50.

I love how easy getting through this very confusing document is with Turbo Tax. This is my go to product for getting taxes done every year. I'm very sad that I didn't get a refund this year, but I know that the questions asked about my income and deductions kept the amount I owe as low as it could get and I am grateful for the accuracy of this product.

Great tool, walk me through everything and try to get me more refund that I deserve. This is the first time I file tax return by myself. With this great helper, I made it! Yeah. And trust me, you can do it by yourself.

Good product but problems with customer service

I spent substantially more for TurboTax this year than in other years -- there used to be deep discounts available from online retailers, but not this year. As soon as I got the software I loaded it and went right to work on my taxes. When I was just about to file, I was disappointed to learn that the software had not been updated to account for changes made by Congress two weeks earlier. Not only that, but Intuit's online guidance strongly implied that the software had been updated, and/or that Intuit was waiting for Federal guidance (which in fact had already been issued some days earlier) in order to update its software. So I had to delay filing by several days. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Intuit could have made it a lot less frustrating by being more transparent and giving at least a prediction of when the update would be available.
