I've used TurboTax in the past and this year's edition seems to have some glitches in it. I had difficulty moving back at times, and correcting errors found during review was frustrating since there were no instructions given. Overall I was pleased with the product.

First time business owner. I was worried about filing this year with this new responsibility. The guides and links for more information seemed to provide everything I need. AND I can get my money back in just a few days!

Really great experience, second year

This is the second year I've used TurboTax and I'm really happy with it. After gathering the same materials I usually hand to an accountant, it takes very little time to enter all info and find all the tax breaks. Very few glitches and they're always explained on the website. Saved a bunch of money!

Working on taxes is generally a task I avoid, Turbo tax helps make the process much easier, & guides every step of the way. Tutorials help answer questions.

I am a sole proprietor with two different businesses plus my families investment income and retirement income. I like Turbo Tax because I can randomly fill in information in an order that suites me, not a linear lockstep of what someone else thinks is orderly. The fact that I can always jump to the real forms and see what has been entered and calculated is a real plus. My only suggestion is to stop requiring me to upgrade my operating system so often and, as a side effect of that, my hardware. I don't need all of the modern frills.
