Turbo Tax not easy to get help

turbo tax not as good as before

Previously I was able to put turbo tax on both of my computers but this year because we have a business I bought the more expensive turbo tax and it would not let me use multiple computers. The box says I can put it on five but that didn't work out. Not happy.

Turbo tax does well

Turbo Tax did crash several times in the process of doing my taxes. Fixing errors is not easy, accessing the forms was a problem. Sometimes you could get to them others it took several attempts to access. Not much support for K-1's.
