Turbo Tax is great

deleted all my tax info

I have been a turbo tax customer for 20 years. My son battled cancer and lost the battle this last year. I didn't get my taxes filed because he was in the hospital when I needed to file. I went to take care of it and found that Turbo Tax deleted all that I had done and I lost hours and hours of work. So disappointed.
