Easy to Use

I love doing my taxes with TurboTax. I have a small business, and they make finding deductions and loss carry-overs very easy. I love the help center as well. Very easy to use. Thank you!

I use Turbo Tax every year with great satisfaction. However, this year I'm not sure. I electorally summitted my return on 2-23-01. Usually I am told that it was received and accepted within a couple of days. As of today 3-22-01 I have heard nothing. Not sure what is going on or how to find out. When I check on my tax page it says it was sent. But when I go to ' where's my refund tool" it can't find it.

Disappointed in Turbo Tax

Couldn't load on my Windows 7 computer. Had to buy a new laptop, transfer all my files to the new one. Had to manually point Turbo Tax to the 2019 files. Turbo Tax handled wages split between two states completely wrong. Couldn't deal with a lack of W-2 from one of my employers (who went bankrupt) and insisted that I enter the employer's tax ID number for both federal and state forms. (I don't know what it is.) Printed the return to mail in all out of order, with some "keep for your records" pages mixed in.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
