Turbo tax can be frustrating as it is not always consistent year to year on how questions are asked and how information is gathered going through the process

Turbo Tax is not the greatest Tax software.

Turbo Tax doesn't carry many other files to include. Besides they are a little too expensive every year. We should have to pay extra for electronic filing. As for next year I will not be using Turbo Tax. I have used it for over 20 years and I found something better than Turbo Tax.
