Turbo tax is easy

Is good but not awesome

There are several glitches in the step by step process. In several instances it just throws you into a DO OVER AGAIN LOOP. It unfortunate even after using the same for 10+ years every year I have same complaints. Many a times I had to go to the form and fill in the form to get over this situation. Also since you have my information saved on my computer in the previous 10 years of Turbotax for situations where you have to look for info on previous years (other than the immediate earlier year) why don't you just dig it up instead of making me go to the form from 2019 or previous years.

Turbo Tax is great, but difficult Windows install

I use Turbo Tax every year, but I could not get it to install on my Windows 10 OS. After talking to customer support, I asked them to allow me to download the Mac version and it worked great.

I love TurboTax!!

This product is so amazing and easy to use. I have sent my tax returns to a CPA for years, paying hundreds of dollars for tax prep, and since I have been using TurboTax, I have saved so much money!! I love the step by step guidance and never knew how easy this could be. I also really like the fact that the system checks and double checks throughout, and at the end, it checks it all again with 100% satisfaction and accuracy guaranteed!! What could be better or easier?
