TurboTax and Intuit customer service is great

2019 Mac Home & Business has unresolved problems

Program crashed my computer several times, requiring restore of hard drive. Researching problem on support site and community revealed that the problem was widespread and apparently has not been fixed. A wonderful TurboTax CPA found a workaround and I was finally able to get my taxes finished.

Clumsy, won't work with older Mac OS. Expensive for Home and Business edition. Not easy, too many updates that take too long. Surely there is something better out there
