Turbo Tax is Good

Turbo Tax is generally a very good product, particularly for Federal Taxes. My principal issue is that I can not electronically file a Missouri state return that has Missouri credits, such as Food Pantry Credits. I another role, I use a competing product that handles Missouri credits just fine, allowing drag and drop to attach required PDF documents and file electronically.

The Best Tax Program Around

Tried to use H&R again because it was cheaper but all around TurboTax is always easier to use. The menu and searching for specific forms and the consistency it has from year to year makes it familiar and easy to use.

More difficult to use this year

Dropping support for Windows 7 was NOT a good idea. Like Windows XP, Windows 7 will be in wide use for a long time after Microsoft expiration, because it works, unlike Windows 10.
TurboTax 2020 is agonizingly slow on Windows 10. It took almost a half-hour for the initial update and every time I opened TT, it took at least 1-2 minutes to get to the previously-opened page. About every other session TT again asked for the validation code.
Intuit, you slacked off this year. Try to do better next time.
