TurboTax takes the hassle out of taxes

TurboTax makes filing your taxes so easy. When filing taxes for your own business, things can get complicated. However, TurboTax makes the whole process easy to understand and complete. I've been using TurboTax for many years, and I plan on continuing to do so.

The Program works OK

The program worked OK, but the website and support leave a lot to be desired. Must have logged in 20 times trying to pay to file state taxes and then it was $5 more that what stated in the program.

Turbo Tax doesn't submit accurate forms

All of the info on the joint filers is correct, but Turbo Tax says we cannot prove one of the identities. We submitted the requested info accurately, but no success. Boooo!

Using Turbotax is easy and if you follow the instructions and read carefully, it is as if someone is sitting there helping you. It even updated while I was doing my taxes. This is very impressive.

Easy to use in most cases

The software makes filing in most simple cases easy. I had a situation where I had to go into the forms section, find a line, click the line, then go back out to step by step in order to actually continue the process but my situation was uncommon. Most years Turbo Tax makes filing quick and relatively pain-free.
