Turbo Tax: The only way to file your taxes!

Turbo tax takes the "Scary" out of doing taxes. They ask simple, easy to understand questions and the program does all the work for you. Turbo Tax provides you with a comparison between the previous year and the current year. If you are NOT using Turbo Tax to do your takes you are losing money. Filing is easy and they give you helpful tips along the way.

In any software initiative there is always room to grow. User friendliness of UI is the single most important area to grow. This is your business and you are very good at it, then, grow, and get even better. I gave you 80% because you can do so much better. You are the best but do not stop there!

Terrible! I will not use this again

Got through my taxes all the way to filing and TurboTax requires me to change to a crazy screen resolution just to get it to work?! Hours researching problems, lots of others are experiencing too from the Intuit community boards. Get your "stuff" together Inutit! I've used the products for years, but trust me, this will be the last. Very disappointed.

I love TT but for 202... could be better!

* For many years I used TT and I felt pretty happy with it.
This year is different:
* I had a hard time this year with the RMD, which I received partially, and no instruction was available
* IRS provided me with a PIN . This PIN is supposed to increase security of filing and refund deposit - I was never asked for it by TT !
This $40.00 fee is new. Checking the info, it seems I could avoid i, but... NO WAY !
