Software Errors

Using Home & Business, filing a joint return, as usual, however the IRS is rejecting my e-file dur to spouse AGI. Again, I am filing a joint return, just like all the years before. I did correct one bad entry thanks to software. Now I must mail instead of e-file. I just do not know to thank you

TurboTax is a very good product

Very easy to follow the prompts. My only problem was inputting information from my 2019 return since I didn't use TurboTax last year and the program was unable to access the pdf file. TurboTax support was great to dal with and answered all my questions very professionally.

Paid for Filing That Could Not Be Completed

E-Filing failed. TurboTax charged $25 for the State Filing anyway and I was just out of luck with no other remedy. I had to mail my returns. I think I will try HR Block next year.

Process was great until I came to the State return section, something happened, don't have it, and don't know how to get back to it. Have used TurboTax for a couple years, have been very happy with it, until now...
