Great Turbo for individuals

automatic download nice! Like step by step and forms toggle helps. Maybe have youtube videos to help. Make K-1 easier enter or download right into Turbo K-1 forms. K-1 nightmire!!!!

TurboTax is great

I have used TT for years, had a few flaws in program this year but after the year we've had in 2020, it did an admirable job. Keep up the good work.

Double Charged for re-sending my taxes

The tax return had one digit wrong in the name & it was returned, I fixed & resend it & charged me again for doing it. That's wrong.

Turbo Tax Electronic Filing for State Taxes

Turbo Tax is a great program. However, every year when it's time to process the federal and state electronically, difficulty is encountered with the state portion for Arkansas. The charge my credit card option never works. The programs gets in a loop for minutes and never finishes processing. It just doesn't work for the state of Arkansas and it's irritating not to be able to process both returns electronically. This needs fixing for next year or don't offer this option.
