Turbotax Let Me Down

There is a bug in the software that needs addressing. When you try to file electronically, you get a message that says "charitable contributions has an unacceptable value" and it stops you dead. Only by going thru the message boqard on the Turbotax website was I able to find a solution that worked. It was posted by other users--not Turbotax staff. This bug has been a known problem for over two months.

The program walks you through all tax and credit categories AND offers "learn more" options if you need further clarification/information

Turbo Tax is just okay

I received an RMD in 2020 and returned it because I found out that I wasn't required to take an RMD in 2020. It was confusing to find out how to show the rollover when I got an RMD reported to me.
In the MD part, it was hard to find where to enter interest from another state bond as taxable in MD
