Turbo Tax is good to use.

1) The "Third Party Designee" is not easy and direct to find for entry.
2) Preparer's Name is auto marked "self prepared' and not permitted for someone who prepares the return on behalf of the taxpayer, to enter his/her name.
3) Turbo Tax is good to have both the CD tax software and download. Some people prefer to use CD instead of the download.
4) Many "Drilled" explanation and information that are not permitted to print for record should be improved.

It's as easy as tax filing can be. Which of course isn't very easy but it's much easier than filling out the forms yourself. Great value.

The Home and Business download

I got started on the online programs. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Support got me on the download program and everything was fine except the program filed everything in my download folder instead of documents/turbotax. I hope the glitches don't effect next data retrieval. Ref Case 473804122.

Simple to use and accurate reporting

This is the 1st year Turbo Tax absolutely required Microsoft Windows 10 & I had some issues getting that set up in my desktop. Then I installed Turbo Tax & couldn't get updates. I contacted a Customer Service Rep & she walked me through Windows 10 settings, uninstalling TT, reinstalling TT, & making sure that I was able to get updates. Everything ran like clockwork from that day on!
