I've been using TurboTax for 20 years. It makes filing tax returns simple. Just recommended it to my brother-in-law who is computer challenged. He couldn't thank me enough for recommending it to him!

This was my 2nd year using Turbo. With all it carries over, Turbo was even more helpful this year than last. The tax code is so complex, I appreciate the way Turbo walks the user through each step in a very intuitively, detailed way.

software is glitchy

There were multiple occasions where the software hung up. One time it flagged its own math as erroneous. The confusing HSA questions for spouse coverage have not been fixed yet (has been an issue for years).
