I am a TTax fan of longstanding but I could not complete the 2020 TTax return online; I had to download the software. Downloaded software was solid, and easier to use.

Confusing format this year

Seems you changed the format {order} in which you ask questions. Had my papers & info all sorted out in order of the way Turbo Tax formatted their questions last year, only to have to jump around to find the info this year. Took me twice as long to finish : { Not Good

Unable to efile state return after paying

I was able to efile my federal return but it still won't let me efile my Michigan return even after paying. "Efile requires Fed return" is the response I get even though Fed return has already been accepted.

I am really disappointed in turbotax. I used it for many years to do my taxes up until 2018. This time however, there appears to be some bugs in your software. I had to stop and look up meanings of terms so I could finish my return. The software also made me have to reenter information I had put in earlier. In years past I was able to complete my return in about 4 hours, but this time it took me about 12 hours to complete. Please look into this. I'm sure if I am having problems, other people are too. Thank you.
