TURBO TAX NEEDS MORE EXPLANATORY CONTENT

Had to file a 2019 amended return. Program says 2019 amendments forward can be efiled, but program does not allow this to happen. Keeps returning to page asking me to input date signed, which I do. Instructions say date signed must be on or AFTER 1/1/2020 to 12/31/2020. Date signed input was 3/15/2021 yet it still won't take.
