Same problems with Mortgage deduction as last year

The home mortgage interest deduction does not correctly calculate when you refinance. Instead of taking the % of your loan that is allowable (i.e. 750,000 / 1,000,000) the software will add the loan balance of all your refinances (i.e. 750,000 / (1,000,000 + 1,000,000). This results in your deduction being too low. This issue was present in 2019 Turbotax and somehow was not addressed despite numerous customers complaining.

Payment was a pain, despite the fact I have used the product for three years it still defaults to an address from three years ago. New non tax credit for non itemizers didn't work right, had to spend half an hour trying to fix and then google for how to fix (had to use itemize menu and enter donations there). Had to enter the same info in multiple locations, didn't carry over from one section to the next.
