Home & Business Version needs improvements

I use this Version to file my personal taxes, which include one Rental apartment. In DC where we live, we are required to file an unincorporated business franchise tax (Form D-30) for this single rental, and then deduct the tax paid on the DC Income Tax From D-40 that Turbotax prepares. Unfortunately, TurboTax Home & Business, although being optimized for small consulting and rental business that accompany individuals, does not prepare the DC Form D-30, required since 2018. Looks like the Turbotax Home & Business Versions cannot file ... a D-30 Business tax for a small single rental unit. This is an inconvenience that I hope Turbotax will fix in a future version.

TurboTax is a no brainer!
