Turbo tax claims misleadiing

The box says it can be installed on 5 computers - didn't work. Only was able to put it on two. In the past I haven't had this problem but this year I bought a more expensive turbo tax since started a business this past year and thought having the home and business one would be helpful.

Not as good as previous years

I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and this year It was so frustrating to use. It kept losing the information I put in. It was very quirky this year.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and very complete

I enjoyed working with Turbo Tax. Doing taxes is usually one thing I really don't like to do. Using Turbo Tax makes it much easier. This year's version made it confusing for submitting the state tax by mail because it insisted I e-file it. Our family purchases one copy and only certain ones e-file their state tax.

I love the step by step process. I also greatly appreciate further explanation is immediately available throughout the journey. This program is so user friendly I'm amazed. When I compared my taxes completed by a Tax Service with my Turbo Tax results I realized I had been cheating myself. I will never go back to the super expensive Tax companies.
